Rutile, flux-filled tube electrode of rutile type containing 1% nickel which contributes to giving the welding material a good impact resistance down to - 40°C. Tubrod 15.17 is alloyed with 1% nickel and has particularly good welding properties in all welding positions with high productivity and is also suitable in combination with ceramic root support in open V-joints. Tubrod 15.17 is intended for welding carbon-manganese steel and low-alloy steel in offshore constructions, pressure vessels and steel works.

SF-3AM is a seamless rutile core wire for welding with mixed gas Ar-CO2 (M21) as shielding gas. The wire provides a very stable arc as well as a good appearance of the weld and a smooth transition to the base material. SF-3AM has good impact toughness values ??down to -60°C. The wire has good mechanical values ??after stress relief annealing and CTOD tests show good values ??down to -30°C. Due to the fact that the wire is fully drawn, it has an extremely low hydrogen content (typically 3.0 ml/100g) this provides great security against hydrogen cracks. The wire develops little welding smoke and can be welded in any position. The tube wire has a very clean pre-coppered seamless surface which, together with a precise diameter and roundness, provides a very even wire feed. Efficiency (average): 94%

PZ6138 is well established in the offshore industry for its good mechanical properties and has exceptionally good welding properties with a smooth, stable arc with little visible spatter in all welding positions. It is also suitable in combination with ceramic root support in open V-joints. It is intended for low-alloy and high-strength steels, for example in offshore, pressure vessels and other demanding manufacturing of welding constructions.
