The system consists of standardized starting, extension and angle sections. Made of strong aluminum profiles and square perforated steel sheet, specially designed to meet the high demands of the industry. The core material of 80 mm noise-absorbing mineral wool.
The sections are available in different widths and heights that are combined to create a screen that suits your needs. Angle sections are built with a starter section and included angle kit. The angle section does not have to be the same height as the other sections.
The wall sections are equipped with a support beam (optional) to hang up heavier aids, for example swing arms or smoke extractors.
The walls are adapted to a large range of accessories. They are easy to hook into the square perforated steel sheet or attach to the T-slot of the aluminum profile. The height and placement of the accessories can be fully adjusted as needed.
The average reduction (Rm) is 30 dB in a lab environment (approx. 7 dB in a real environment). The human ear perceives a noise reduction of approx. 8 dB as a halving of the noise.
The noise reduction for the workplace walls has been tested according to ISO 140/3.

Noise shield with a surface layer of alu-zinc steel sheet. They are flexible and easy to move to suit varying needs in the workplace. They are mounted on wheels or on feet. Core material of 50 mm mineral wool. Available in the colors beige and white.
General noise reduction achieved by shielding is approx. 7 dB. The human ear experiences a noise reduction of approx. 8 dB as a halving of the noise.
The noise reduction for the noise shields has been tested according to SS EN ISO 140/3.

Easily mountable wall panel that is attached to existing walls to reduce sound reflections in industrial premises. Available in three colors, beige, white or green.

Aluminum swing arm is often used for drapery suspension at traverse passages. It is also used at workplaces to hang tools and machines in balance blocks or at fixed heights. Swivel arms with a height of 501 mm are suitable for active workplace walls. The turning capacity is a maximum of 180° with adjustable turning resistance.
